Nefarious activity

I find it a bit strange that a person can be given a life prison sentence for planning something without actually doing anything or carrying out any plans (not involving weapons or terrorism). Yet it seems in professional circles and with the professional leaders of organisations all sorts of fakery, trickery and dodgy behaviours occurs and there appears to be full knowledge of the planning and execution of this behaviour from such leaders(?). And also when the victim of such plans doesn't behave or react in the intended way to his assailants this is deemed unacceptable. The claim is the victim CHOOSES to react or behave in the way he does. So the assailants (and accomplices) choose how they behave and react and also would like to choose or direct how the victim behaves and reacts. The criminal decides the validity of the behaviour and the expected response to it! I am incredulous.

The so called leaders and criminals also try to corrupt other professionals like members of the medical profession to engage in their activities. Is this an accessary to a crime? And these planned and executed nefarious activities will not just occur in offices and working environments but (again with full knowledge - the cause of the criminality of my opening post!) in all spheres of the victims life and in the victims home. The victim may well have a life sentence but I see no life sentence for the perpetrators and planners.
